Some Legal Issues Over Dansko Nursing Shoes?
The owner of Dansko makers of dansko nursing shoes that are preferred by medical doctors, nurses and even chefs for their shoes worn for standing all day long. These shoes are the Clogs specially designed by Dansko although recently a news about a filed lawsuit against another retailer Sanita Spar. Dansko manager said that Sanita Spar breached contract with Dansko regarding the stapled clog distribution from Sanita A/S. However that the current contract was set to expire at the end of the year, and decisions came from Danish courts saying that Sanita Inc was favored by the court in termination of its manufacturing license with Dansko.
