It is Possible to Have Great Looking Abs
I was life guarding at the pool when a guy walked by the deep end. He had the best-looking, sculpted abs I have ever seen. Well, I had seen some nice ones in the fitness magazines, but never in person. I asked him how he got such a nice six pack. He replied that the ab machine he used was responsible for giving him this look. He said last summer, his waist was 42 inches in diameter. This summer it is 34. He said it was hard work and he had to eat well and drink lots of water along with a regular aerobic workout in addition to the machine for abs that he used. He said he would recommend it to anyone.
