Bodybuilding Fat Loss Is So Much Better
I’ve been a runner on and off for the past thirty years. I don’t run nearly as far or as often as I used to but one thing I’ve noticed over the past few years is that I can no longer control my weight with running. At one time if I got a little overweight, I could just add a little more running to my weekly schedule and before long I’d be back to my normal weight. That no longer works and I’ve learned that bodybuilding fat loss is alot better for me than the running. So, I’ve added weight lifting to my running schedule and it works great.
